As a benefit of being enrolled in customer service plan, DataStation customers can access online training by signing in to Customer Portal.

Online training includes the following benefits for all customers and partners enrolled in a service plan for DataStation:

  • E-Learning. Get convenient and thorough online training on specific topic areas - such as how to use a product module - from anywhere, at any time. Training is available in the English language only.
  • Training materials. Download training materials that can be used as a study tool or as a desktop reference.
  • Learning plans. Take advantage of training roadmaps that help individuals easily find the training they need. These roadmaps outline every training option available for each DataStation product module.
